1.      SPC Publisher's Policies on Plagiarism, Citation, Artificial Intelligence, Aim and Scope of our journals and Publication Ethics and Authorship Responsibilities

Based on feedback from key databases such as Scopus and Web of Science, we have decided to implement a more integrated, coordinated, and rigorous management of all our publications to ensure compliance with the demands of these databases. The SPC Publisher's policy is to maintain coordination with the world's leading databases, such as Scopus and Web of Science, to ensure the comprehensive quality of its articles and publications. Fortunately, this publisher has been welcomed by authors, researchers, and scientists around the world, based on its level of performance, the quality of published articles, and the quality of publication management. This acceptance necessitates us to adopt stricter policies to enhance the quality of publications and accepted articles in line with the principles of publication ethics. We intend to make our work policies more transparent and precise.

1.1. SPC Publisher's policies on the plagiarism

Initially, the structure of the articles is reviewed by the Technical Editor, and if it complies with the author guidelines, it is sent to the journal Editor-in-Chief for further review. The Editor-in-Chief reviews the article for consistency in quality and aim and scope. If approved, the article is sent to the Technical Editor for plagiarism checking. The article is then checked by iThenticate software. A manuscript is considered acceptable in terms of plagiarism for this journal if the overall similarity index is below 30%, and the similarity score from any single source (reviewing all articles with similarity) does not exceed 12%. Such a manuscript can be sent to the editor and specialist reviewers for further evaluation. You can also check this link.

1.2. SPC Publisher's policies regarding citations

There are many sensitivities surrounding the citation issue, so we encourage authors to review more carefully and adhere to publication ethics. Authors must comply with the following:

1.2.2.      All references must be relevant to the topics covered in the article and also based on the format of the journal.

1.2.3.      If possible, avoid using long references, such as [1-15], as references.

1.2.4.      Don't use more than three references from any journal or author unless you have provided a proper explanation for this in your cover letter.

1.2.5.      No editor or reviewer has the right to force authors to create citations for articles published in SPC's journals.

1.2.6.  All references must have scientific credibility and be easily accessible.

1.3. SPC Publisher's policies on the use of artificial intelligence

1.4. SPC Publisher's policies regarding acceptance of articles based on the aim and scope announced in each journal

Before submitting an article, authors should carefully read the Author Guidelines and the Aim and Scope of the journal (link) and submit articles to this journal whose subject matter is exactly based on the determined scope of the journal. We do not accept articles that do not match the scope of the journal, and even if the editorial team finds out after the review, that article will definitely be removed from the journal's agenda. No article without review can be accepted in our journals, and we are in no hurry to accept articles. If an author requests an out-of-order review, the journal reserves the right to decide whether to remove that article from the journal's agenda.
